Like Father Like Son!

We are so in love with this big blue eyed baby boy! He has been so much fun to have around. Ashlyn adores him, dad is so proud of him and mommy is in love with him!

Now almost 7 month old and I don't know where the time has gone.

Everybody tells me Mike and Quincy look a lot a like and most of the time it's hard for me to really see but I definitely see it in these pictures(it could be the hat!).

Hiking & Creek Swimming

While we were in Etna we went to Taylor Lake. It's not to long of a hike so it's perfect for kids.



What a good Daddy!

On the way home from hiking we stopped to swim at in the swimming hole. This is always Mike's favorite part of the trip. It is sooooo beautiful there but the water is soooooo cold. Ashlyn even decided to jump in this year. We didn't pack our swimming suit so what you see is what you get!!

Fun at Mt. Charleston

We decided to escape the heat and went to Mt. Charleston. When we left Vegas it was over 100 degrees and 40 mins later 74 degrees. I think my family was in shock at how much cooler and how beautiful it was there. The kids had a blast running around and exploring.

Aunt Lindsay's Wedding

Lindsay has lived with us for the past year or so and was married on July 18th. We are very happy for Her and John but will miss having her around as much(even though she still lives in Vegas). We also got to enjoy spending time with our family. It was crazy but if you know us Hiett's we like it that way or we don't know how to do things any other way!!

15 of the 18 Grandkids were there(Baby Max not pictured) and all under the age of 9!
